Spotlight on Nada
On my blog, I didn’t want to focus solely on my work as an author or my inspirations. First and foremost, I’m a reader—a voracious one, in fact. Ever since I was a child, my natural curiosity for stories has pushed me to read anything I could get my hands on, no matter the subject.
Being active on social media has introduced me to incredible people who share the same passion for books. Online reading communities are vibrant, enthusiastic, and filled with life. Seeing their infectious energy and genuine love for stories inspired me to highlight the readers who bring books to life.
To me, the heart of any book is its audience: the readers who make it their own, who talk about it, and who keep it alive beyond the pages. It always struck me as a shame that these essential voices often remain “isolated” within their own sharing circles.
That’s how the idea for Reader Portraits was born.
Because yes, it’s time to shake things up (I seem to have a habit of doing that lately!) and to give reading—and the people who make it thrive—the recognition they truly deserve.

Actually No, because from the beginning if the book did not attached me I cannot continue reading.
In your opinion, what makes a great book?
The tittle and the cover of a book will took my attention to grab it. The opening of a book will make it win to let the reader want to know what would happen next.
How do you choose what to read next? Do you rely on recommendations or let an eye-catching cover guide you?
I do not choose what I want to read, I know the book will call me to catch it of course if it was my taste.
Have you ever felt really disappointed by a book? If so, what didn’t work for you?
